Zimbabwe project

In year 2015, our company contracted to build a 300 ton/day CIL plant in Zimbabwe. The mine adopts the full-mud cyanidation carbon in pump process. Two-stage closed-circuit crushing, two-stage closed-circuit grinding & classification, two-stages pre-leaching + seven-stages leaching & absorbing, tailings dry drainage. Desorption electrowinning, smelting to gold bar with grade up to 99.99%.

 

This mine is another EPC project of our company in Africa.  In order to shorten the construction period, the plan of designing while constructing is adopted. After the civil design is completed, the construction personnel were stationed on the site to start the construction. The process design and equipment production were carried out simultaneously. The civil work construction generally finished when the equipment and installation materials reached the site.

 

 

The whole project lasted seven months, during which the construction personnel of our company overcame the difficulties of the unacclimatized, material shortage and difficult construction conditions, and the mine went into operation smoothly.
