The EPC project of high pressure roller mill system and supporting facilities of Tajik-China Mining dressing plant was contract to build by Yantai Jinyuan Mining Machinery Co., LTD on May 21, 2019. The contract contents entrusted by the owner include project feasibility study report, construction drawing design, construction, purchase of complete sets of equipment, transportation, customs clearance, storage, equipment installation, equipment commissioning, safety production management, personnel training and other overall services of the plant. Main equipment: high pressure roller mill, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric hoist, dust collector, air compressor, etc.

The project started officially on July 8 and lasted for four and a half months.  At 10:06 PM Tajikistan time on November 20, the whole line was tested with load. All indexes met the requirements of design parameters and the one-time test was successful. This project from the feasibility study report, the construction drawing design, construction, equipment procurement, transportation, customs clearance, storage equipment, equipment installation, debugging, and then to production safety management and personnel training and plant overall services are fully in charge by Jinyuan Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. Project construction with advanced technology, economic cost, short construction period, good quality. The owner worried less, saved money, and saved labor. We received affirmation and high praise by the owner. In the course of the project, the leading cadres of Jinyuan bravely shoulder the heavy burden, command at the site, solve the problems encountered in the project construction, and actively play a pioneering and exemplary role. Thanks to their hard work, the first test running with load was successful on November 20, 2019. All the technical quality indicators met the design requirements, the equipment had low energy consumption, simple operation, excellent performance, and the technological process was more optimized than similar equipment. This is another landmark masterpiece project built by Yantai Jinyuan Mining Machinery Co., LTD. in Tajikistan and central Asia area. The success of high pressure roller mill system project of Tajik-China Mining demonstrates the wisdom and strength of Jinyuan people once again.
