Lead-zinc ores are important mineral resources, and China boasts abundant domestic reserves. Lead and zinc are among the earliest metals humans have ever extracted from lead-zinc ores. Lead and zinc are widely used in fields such as the electrical industry, mechanical industry, metallurgical industry, chemical industry, light industry, and pharmaceutical industry. Moreover, lead metal also finds extensive applications in sectors like the nuclear industry and the petroleum industry. However, as these resources continue to be mined, the proportion of easily beneficiated ores has declined, while the share of difficult-to-benefit lead-zinc ores has steadily increased. 1. Crushing and screening: First, a three-stage, single-closed-circuit process is employed. The raw ore is coarsely crushed using a coarse-jaw crusher, then further crushed to a medium size by a cone crusher, and finally subjected to fine crushing in a short-head cone crusher. A circular vibrating screen is used for screening between these stages. The fine-crushed material and the vibrating screen form a closed circuit, with the undersize product fed into the fine ore bin.
2. Grinding and classification. Gold and Yuan mining machine _ Lead-zinc beneficiation equipment Grinding and classification operations are carried out using a ball mill and a spiral classifier, with multiple pieces of equipment forming a closed circuit.
3. Mixed flotation. This process employs two systems: System No. 1 consists of one roughing stage, three scavenging stages, and two cleaning stages; System No. 2 comprises one roughing stage, two scavenging stages, and one cleaning stage. For lead recovery, the process involves one roughing stage, three scavenging stages, and four cleaning stages; zinc-sulfur separation is carried out using one roughing stage, three scavenging stages, and four cleaning stages.
4. Filter and concentrate. Gold and Yuan mining machine _ Lead-zinc beneficiation equipment Use a conveyor concentrator for dewatering and a filter for filtration, leaving behind the concentrate.
