Indonesia Wiliton Jinma Stone Gold Mine

DETAILS

| Detailed Introduction

P.T. Wilton Wahana Indonesia is a subsidiary of Wilton Resources Corporation Ltd, a company listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange. Its Indonesian Wilton Company’s Jintama Gold Mine project has a Phase I processing capacity designed at 500 tons per day and a Phase II processing capacity designed at 1,500 tons per day.

Due to its high arsenic content, this ore is classified as a refractory ore that is difficult to process and smelt. Local environmental protection authorities enforce stringent regulations and have extremely strict standards for wastewater discharge. Wilton Company searched extensively both domestically and internationally for multiple suppliers and obtained ore samples from each to conduct separate experiments. After repeated technical exchanges and thorough evaluation of various solutions, they ultimately chose our company.

Our company has designed a flotation-plus-cyanidation process for this project: The leaching stage employs a three-stage pre-leaching and five-stage adsorption process. After being washed with water, the gold-loaded carbon from the carbon storage tank is fed into a desorption column for high-temperature, high-pressure cyanide-free desorption. The resulting gold sludge undergoes acid washing to remove impurities, followed by gold chlorination leaching, filtration, smelting, and ingot casting, ultimately yielding finished gold products.

The wastewater treatment process employs the most advanced ozone oxidation method currently available, enabling compliance with the national integrated wastewater discharge standards. The treated effluent does not introduce any additional harmful substances and causes no secondary pollution.
