Flotation cells
The products are divided into 9 main models.All models make up 70 kinds of products. Model XJ,also named model A or XJK, is a kind of traditional flotation machine which is capable of air and pulp suction. Model XJQ has the following features. (1) Dummy bottom is adopted, making the recycling capacity of the recycling cylinder is 2.5 times of the tank. (2) The stator is a cylingder in structure with its inner wall being vertically ribbed,and slots are placed, leading to better cutting effect to the slurry. (3) Due to low immerging depth of the rotator, low turning speed of the impeller, and wide space between the impeller and stator, wearing is low and power consumption greatly reduced. (4) It is spontaneously aerated. New structure of impeller is employed in model SF, which is backwards inclined double impellers equipped with honeycomb duct and dummy bottom.Therefore,the slurry in the tank will cycle upward and downward in a fixed flow manner, which is helpful to the suspension of those coarse particles. Air and slurry are naturally suked without foam pump. Model JJF has a moderate agitating strength, the solid particles being well suspended without settlement and no need for cleaning-up when stooped.The liquid surface is kept stable and it has higher flotation recovery. Due to the impeller has a shallow immerging depth and low periphery speed, It consumes less power and its wearable parts have longer serice life featuring easy maintenance. Dummy bottom and honeycomb duct are furnished. This machine has auto aeration ability. Flotation set of models SF and JJF works in a manner that model SF is taken as the suction function cell utilizing its auto suction ability, while model JJF works as a direct flow cell. Whole set may be installed horizontal and needs no foam pump. Model XJB floatation cell forms enforced aeration agitating machine set of skew wheel, boss and current regulating arc. Its reatures are as follows: (1)skew bar wheel is composed of disk and 12 pieces of cone-bar strip cast together in casting iron, and it can be lined with gum to prolong the service life. (2) Bar tsrip and bar wheel bend backward 45° in the opposite direction and extent outward a cone apex angle with 15° from top to bottom, therefore its agitation is strong, the settlement of sand on the bottom of tank can be protected. (3) Due to low immerging depth of the bar wheel, the starting is easy during stopped condition and this is advantageous to increasing the aeration capacity and saving on energy consumption. (4) It is able to suck slurry and air automatically without foam pump. Impeller of model BF flotation cell is composed of the dosed double section cones and it can produce strong slurry cycle downward. Its features are as follows: (1) The capacity of air suction is large, the power consumption is low. (2) Every tank has three functions of air suction, slurry suction and flotation simultaneously being unique in flotation return circuit without need for any supplementary equipment, the circuit change is convenievt for horizontal location. (3) The slurry cycle is rational, the settlement of coarse sand can be reduced into full play. (4) The regulation is convenient to equip auto and electro-controlling arangements for slurry level. Modeld XCF and KYF are enforced aeration flotation machine. It has a smaller diameter of impeller, thus lower peripheral speed, saving 30%~50% of power. Because an air distributor is equipped in the tank, air is evenly dispersed. The impeller acts as a centrifugal pump, so as to make the solid particles suspending. The tank is made as U type, reducing sand settlement to the least. Due to reasonable design of the impeller structure and the impeller space, impeller wearing is even, so, the service life of the impeller and stator are extended. Model KYF is unable to spontaneously suck slurry, while has low power consumption.Incontrast, model XCF has the ability to automatically suck slurry, and may be allocated horizontally without need for foam pump,but consumes more power than model KYF. Therefore, model XCF and model KYF ree combined into a set,i.e., XCF as the sucking tank, and KYF as the direct tank. The combined set can be arranged horizontally without foam pump either. Model BS-K is a kind of deep tank flotation machine with aeration. Again,the impeller plays roles of agitating slurry, cycling slurry, cycling slurry and distributing air. There fore, the wearable parts suffer less wearing. It requires less power than the other models. This machine has no ability to pump slurry, thus bench arrangement is necessary, and foam pump is needed.
