The double-impeller high-efficiency leaching tank has the following features: the structure is reasonable, transmission efficiency is high, two novel impellers are used, the impeller diameter is large, rotary speed is low, the agitating power consumption is low, the carbon abrasion is lowered, air flows to the lower end due to the use of a hollow shaft, air is uniformly dispersed, and air bubbles are quite small. The agitating strength is moderate, and the density and fineness distribution of pulp in the tank is basically consistent, so that the cyaniding leaching rate and the adsorption rate of carbon are improved. Our company has improved the air charging system and the transmission system of the leaching (adsorption) tank.

There are two types of washing thickeners: common type and high-efficiency type. The high-efficiency washing thickener is made on the basis of the original washing thickener through efficiency improvement. After the product is used in several mines, it proves that the effects are quite obvious.

The deoxidizing tower is divided into three types according to different fillers: wood grid filler deoxidizing tower, point wave filler deoxidizing tower and new plastic gauze filler deoxidizing tower. The plastic gauze filler is a new product and overcomes defects that the deoxidizing effect of the point wave filler is affected due to scaling and hole blocking of alkali cyanide solution.

The spiral zinc powder feeder is a zinc powder feeding machine newly developed by our company and mainly has the following advantages: a, by using a speed adjusted motor, the feed rate of zinc powder can be conveniently, obviously and freely adjusted; b, the spiral feeding is uniform and continuous, the problems of difficulty in adjustment of zinc powder and non-uniform adding quantity of zinc powder in traditional machinery are solved, the content of zinc residue is lowered, the cyanidation cost is lowered, and the smelting effect is improved; and c, the area of zinc powder, which is exposed to air, is small, the cyanidation of zinc powder when the zinc powder is used is reduced, and the displacing effect is improved.

2、Carbon Pulp Mill Equipment
The complete set of desorption electrolysis equipment is the key equipment for recovering gold and silver in the cyanidation-CIP (carbon-in-pulp) method gold extraction process of gold mines, the reverse electrolysis technology can directly complete the falling and collection step of gold mud, enriched on the negative plate, in an electrolytic tank by an electric control system, the negative plate is unnecessarily taken out for acid washing, so that the loss of gold mud is effectively prevented, and the electrolytic efficiency and the electrolytic recovery are improved.
